The Grand Coulee Dam is an awe-inspiring feat of engineering that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Located in the beautiful state of Washington, it's the largest hydroelectric power-producing facility in the United States and is an amazing sight to behold.

Grand Coulee Dam Visitor Center

One of the best resources for information on the Grand Coulee Dam, the visitor center is located off the side of Route 155 on the north side of the dam. Exhibits show the history and construction of the dam, and even play Woodie Guthrie songs. The visitor center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

“One River Many Voices”

Laser Light Show `

The “One River Many Voices” laser light show at Grand Coulee Dam will begin running nightly starting on Saturday, May 25 at 10 p.m. Pacific Time through July 31. Beginning Aug. 1, the laser light show will start at 9:30 p.m., and from Sept. 1 to 30, it will begin at 8:30 p.m. The show runs approximately 30 minutes. Start times are subject to change. Tickets are not required to watch the light show.
